HOW TO ORDER FROM MODEL KITS ONLINE

  To order securely online simply browse the website and when you find the model kit you want to purchase click the
  "buy" button in the right hand column, you will notice the small white window next to "view your cart" on the header
  will change to display the number of items in your cart. If you want more than one of the same kit just click on "view
  your cart" and change the "quantity" column. Once you have your order ready click on the "view your cart" link and
  scroll down to the "submit" button, click this and you will be sent to our SSL secure server area where all your
  address and card details are entered securely and sent to us under heavy encryption.

  PAYMENT METHODS

  We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Switch, Electron, Eurocard and Pay Pal online. We also accept postal
  payments from UK customers by personal check or Postal Order, customers outside the UK can send payments by
  International Money Gram Wire Transfer or Bankers Draft - contact us for a total prior to sending payment

  PRIVACY POLICY - YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY

  Your privacy is very important to us. Except for cases where we comply with a lawful demand for information by law
  enforcement authorities, or attempt to secure relief in cases of customer fraud (such as credit card "chargebacks"),
  Gremlynz Imports will never disclose any personal information you provide us (such as your name, shipping address,
  e-mail address or telephone number), or any information related to your purchase history with us to any third parties
  for any reason. We do not sell our customer details, or give them away to anyone at anytime.
  All processed order information is transferred to a seperate PC that is not even connected to the internet via a network,
  this information is held for 12 months in accordance with our banks policy on order information in case of
  "chargebacks".

  RETURNS POLICY

  If you contact us first, we always accept reasonable requests to return saleable-condition merchandise for any reason
  if made within 7 days of its delivery to you. "Saleable"- condition means the item is in like-new condition with all parts
  and components present, that it's packed exactly as packed by us or the manufacturer, and there is no sign that the
  kit has been started or undercoated or painted in anyway.

  Please note, however, that unless the return is necessary because of a shipping error or defective merchandise, the
  cost of shipping the item(s) back to Gremlynz Imports is your responsibility.

  Always consult with us ( by contacting us ) for our instructions before returning any
  merchandise, regardless of the reason. Minor missing parts can usually be sourced and sent at no cost to the customer
  but again please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the kit.

  If a return becomes necessary due to a mistake in shipping, or a full defect of the product, we will compensate you for
  the shipping charges to return the item to us - if you ship the item as directed by us. All claims for returns or refunds
  due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be made within 7 days of its delivery to you. We reserve the
  right to reject claims of manufacturing defects in cases of obvious user abuse.

  If a product description is lacking or does not answer a question you have about an item, simply contact us
  We're always happy to answer any questions you have about products prior to your placing an order. Because of this,
  please understand that we will not pay for a return of merchandise simply because it was not what you expected. Ask
  us before you order if you have any doubts about what you're buying!
